About The Founder

Hi, I’m Hydy , the founder of LeadHerShip.

Since middle school, I’ve always been passionate about creativity and handmade crafts. What started as a simple hobby of making accessories soon grew into a small brand. Through it, I didn’t just learn about design, I also learned the challenges of turning passion into something bigger. I realized how difficult it was to find support, mentorship, and opportunities that could guide me as a young girl with big dreams, especially in a male-dominated society that often limits women to the role of housewives.

At the same time, my brand gave me something deeper: it became a way for me to give back to my community. By creating unique pieces at affordable prices, I discovered how passion can be more than just self-expression , it can be a tool to serve others, inspire confidence, and open doors for change.

This personal journey inspired me to create LeadHerShip, a youth-led initiative that empowers girls to explore their passions, develop leadership skills, and transform their ideas into impactful projects.

I believe every girl has the potential to be leaders, innovators, and changemakers if given the right tools and the right community. Through LeadHerShip, my mission is simple: to give girls the space I once needed, a place where their voices are heard, their passions are nurtured, and their leadership shines.
